Random word linking game

A bit hard to explain, so I will post an example in a bit. Basically, you have two words totally unassociated, and you have to link them in as few steps as possible. Then post another word.

Example:
Start: "Wallpaper" and Cog"
Poster 1: *links wallpaper and cog* "wallpaper > house > garage > car > machine > cog" "Next word:"palm tree""
Poster 2: *links cog and plam tree* cog > working together > company > british airways > holiday >forine> carabean >palm tree" Next word....etc etc


So, if you get it:

The words to link are:
"guitar" and "chocolate"
