Glastonbury.....I dont think it's as good as its made out to be...the main part of it is just the experience Not the music, I think its cool how its on every year in a massive mud drenched field though. thats pretty cool
Its almost like its becoming a tradition

But..


The best festival is DOWNLOAD where you get all the classic bands and heavier stuff which is way better....check this years line up:


Biffy clyro...Velvet revolver....Slipknot...Alterbridge...Anthrax....Queenadrena  ....Metallica.....Him....Killswitch engage...SO MANY GOOD BANDS....All other festivals are for pussy's...with the odd acception....like Lollapalooza

I dont like that kind of music much..... its all the same. Not much variation within their songs..Those bands all dress and sound awfully similar..not my cup of tea.

The music by those bands is not unique, its quite flat and anoying, and sometimes depressing.

If any one from those bands walked down a busy high street only a very few people would reconise them...

Those bands think their 'Rock' but there just wannabes and so are their fans

I have a decent taste in music, a lot of those bands i listed arnt necessarily ones i like.....I do like heavier stuff than Monster tho...
The main bands i like are : incubus, smashing pumpkins, Pearl jam, guns n roses.... None of these i find "SHOUTY" ..or anywhere near the lines of Cr#p.

U are blatantly just judging slipknot by their older music and reputation..this is ..silly


Their music has developed quite a bit since they first came about and have created numerous albums. I think you should  investigate before you say things like this

Okay "Nebula" (), so i haven't heard all of their new songs. But what do you expect? Of course I haven't - I've avoided them because I don't like what I've heard in the past.


I'm not going to actively try and listen to their new songs, just so I can confirm or nullify what I already think about them judged on their old songs. Anyway, they can't have changed that much, or they just wouldn't be the same band. And I'm not talking about when they first came about, I'm talking about since they've been established.


So, you're telling me they sing now?

I'm not gonna join this argument... people are far too passionate about music (including me) and people get annoyed too easily when it comes to music.
