New Serious Topic/post Rule has been developed to produce a more mature system to the forum. The way that the new Serious Topic/post Rule work is that the Users of NetHazard will now be able to start Serious Topics without them going off-topic and than compleatly stupid.

To Create a Serious Topic all you need to do is add *Serious* to the end of the Topic name and then add the Topic icon to the post.

Serious topics will be closely moderated to ensure the upmost professionalism within these topics.
