Register and create your team on http://fantasy.premierleague.com, which will take about 15-20 mins, then go to the leagues section and enter the code 21141-22311 to join the NetHazard league

You create a team, and each player gets points depending on how they perform in real life. Once you've picked your team and entered the league you don't really need to do anything else if you don't want to.
